The vouchers are sold subject to the following terms and conditions of use:
1. Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
2. All bookings must be made in advance. The voucher reference number on the gift card must be quoted at the time of reservation.
3. The actual gift card or email voucher must be presented at check in to validate your reservation.
4. Any reservation guaranteed by this gift card will be subject to our normal cancellation policy. (Rooms cancelled within 48 hours from the date of the reservation will be subject to one nights charge).
5. Gift cards purchased online and delivered via electronic mail have a unique voucher reference number which must be disclosed to anyone but the recipient.
6. Not valid to redeem against events or memberships.
