Comprising of a large free weights area, an array of cardio equipment, machine weight equipment, Smith machine, and Cable machine, the Gym at Mount Wolseley Leisure Centre is ideal for all fitness levels. Members can benefit from a fully personalised workout programme provided by our fully qualified and experienced fitness instructors, who will ensure members reach their fitness targets and goals.

Our 20 metre heated swimming pool, is one of the largest Hotel based pools in Ireland, Mount Wolseley Leisure Centre is an ideal location for anyone looking to join a facility which accommodates those interested in both fitness and relaxation. Our swimming pool is ideal for people who wish to relax and unwind but also for avid or competitive swimmers as the pool has two large designated swim lanes. Our pool also has a large hydro-jet are to allow children to feel as though they are in their own Jacuzzi separate from our main Spa area.

For those wishing to have some relaxation time, Mount Wolseley Leisure Centre also has a fantastic Spa area specifically for adults members and guests, to ensure the hustle and bustle of the pool is not a distraction for those looking to unwind. The Spa area is comprised of a Sauna, a Steam Room, and a Jacuzzi.
